What are my delivery options to the UK and how much do they cost?
Standard Delivery - Free on orders of £50, £1.95 on orders under £50.00 (Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service)
Express Delivery - £3.95 (Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service)
Next Day DHL On-Demand Delivery - £8.00 (next day delivery with full tracking service and option to amend)
What are my delivery options outside the UK and how much do they cost?
We use two services to offer customers more options of getting their goods through Europe and the Rest of the World.
DHL Worldwide Express Delivery which is a fully trackable delivery service, which takes 1-3 working days (destination dependent). The cost of the shipment depends on the weight of the shipment and the zone in which the delivery county is in.
Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed which is a cheaper but slower option. This takes 5-14 working days (destination dependent). The cost of the shipment depends on the weight of the shipment and the zone in which the delivery county is in.
At the checkout you will see the cost of the shipment. If you are wanting a quote beforehand please contact us.
When will you despatch my order?
All orders will be shipped as soon as all the items are available - subject to payment authorisation. This is normally the day after the order has been placed (excluding weekends). If your order is placed before 12pm then it will be shipped the same day.
Can I use an alternative delivery address?
If you would like us to ship to an alternative address rather than your registered billing address, simply tick the box (when you are checking out) and complete the address details.
Please Note. International orders can only be shipped to the billing address and PO Box addresses may not be accepted. For UK registered credit/debit cards we can only ship to addresses within the UK.
Unfortunately for PayPal users and overseas customers we can only ship to your registered billing address. These restrictions are online fraud prevention measures issued by the banking community and are beyond our control, sorry.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Our UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked service to give you (and us) the peace of mind that your delivery has reached its destination but the convenience of not having to be in to sign for your parcel. Royal Mail offer an email and sms tracking update service so if you want to receive these updates please make sure you enter the correct email address and mobile number at checkout.
Orders shipped outside the UK are all trackable to destination. DHL to offer a specialised service of on-demand delivery where by customer can see what day their parcel is due to be delivered and then the option to change the delivery date, time, address if required.
Overseas Orders, VAT and Import Duties
If your delivery county is inside the European Union then your order will be subject to VAT.
For exports to countries outside the EU although these are exempt from VAT you may be required to pay import duties by your government, you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.
Some countries (including but not limited to Israel, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey) do not impose import duties on products shipped from the EU, however in some cases you may be required to pay a local sales tax; you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.
Missing or Damaged Delivery?
If your goods have either been received as damaged or are missing please contact customer services immediately, either by email customerservices[@]waxxunderwear.co.uk or by calling us on +44 (0)114 303 0086.
If the goods are damaged we will need a proof of the damage, either by the item being returned to us, or in some cases an image sent via email. Customer Services can advise you on the best course of action. Once we have verified the damage we can then rectify the situation.
If your goods have simply gone missing for UK orders we have to wait 14 days past the standard delivery time and we can then re-send you the goods. If you are an overseas customer we have to wait up to a maximum of 30 days from dispatch, after this period has passed we can re-send the goods.
All items shipped via UK Express, International Express and Next Working Day can be re-sent subject to terms & conditions.
