What are my delivery options to the UK and how much do they cost?
Free UK delivery is 2-5 days from the date of dispatched - £0.00 (Orders over £30.00)
Standard delivery is 2-5 days from the date of despatch - £3.00 (orders below £30.00 within the UK)
Express delivery is 1 - 2 days from the date of despatch - £5.00
Next Working Day - £8.00 (Please note that the Next Working Day option is only available if all the items you are trying to order are in stock. Orders must be placed before 2pm Monday - Friday to be despatched the same day)

What are my delivery options outside the UK and how much do they cost?
We offer two levels of service depending on how quickly you need your order delivered.

Standard - UK

Standard delivery within the UK is shipped 2nd class Royal Mail post. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery. Please allow extra time within the festive seasons.

Express - UK

Express delivery within the UK is shipped 1st Class Royal Mail 'Signed for'. This normal takes 1-2 working days from date of dispatch. Orders using this service will have to be signed for.

Next Working Day - UK

Express delivery within the UK is shipped by City Link next day delivery service. This will be with you on the next working day from date of dispatch upon all items being available.. Orders using this service will have to be signed for.

Standard - European & International
Standard International method is suitable for all orders to be shipped outside the United Kingdom. Royal Mail Airmail takes 3-21 days for delivery from despatch, dependant on location. 

When will you despatch my order?

All orders will be shipped as soon as all the items are available - subject to payment authorisation.

Can I use an alternative delivery address?

If you would like us to ship to an alternative address rather than your registered billing address, simply tick the box (when you are checking out) and complete the address details.

Please Note. International orders can only be shipped to the billing address and PO Box addresses may not be accepted. For UK registered credit/debit cards we can only ship to addresses within the UK. Unfortunately for PayPal users and overseas customers we can only ship to your registered billing address. These restrictions are online fraud prevention measures issued by the banking community and are beyond our control, sorry.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

For UK and international express the courier will require a signature on delivery.
However, if your order is small, light and inexpensive, and you choose to have it sent to you via our standard service, it may be delivered to you via Royal Mail 2nd Class post and may therefore be delivered with your normal mail.

Overseas Orders, VAT and Import Duties
If your delivery county is inside the European Union then your order will be subject to VAT.
For exports to countries outside the EU although these are exempt from VAT you may be required to pay import duties by your government, you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.
Some countries (including but not limited to Israel, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey) do not impose import duties on products shipped from the EU, however in some cases you may be required to pay a local sales tax; you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.

Missing or Damaged Delivery?
If your goods have either been received as damaged or are missing please contact customer services immediately, either by email customerservices@waxxunderwear.co.uk or by calling us on +44 (0)114 236 4456.
If the goods are damaged we will need a proof of the damage, either by the item being returned to us, or in some cases an image sent via email. Customer Services they can advise you on the best course of action. Once we have verified the damage we can then rectify the situation.
If your goods have simply gone missing for UK orders we simply have to wait 5 days past the standard delivery time and we can then re-send you the goods. If you are an overseas customer we have to wait up to a maximum of 30 days from dispatch, after this period has passed we can re-send the goods.
We are not liable for order shipped via UK Standard & International Standard delivery. If the items are missing after waiting 5 days then it is the customer responsibility to claim for the items shipped via the appropriate method. All items shipped via UK Express, International Express and Next working day can be re-sent subject to terms & conditions.
